Baby Massage & Maternal Health Classes

We believe that all mothers deserve to feel held, heard, nurtured and supported.

With this intention in mind, I work with other facilitators and offer three classes (over 3 weeks), with a bonus ‘outdoor’ 4th session, yet to be determined, to promote connection and secure attachment between mother & baby through nuturing touch. Our facilitators are all mothers themselves, with extensive experience, expertise and passion for Maternal & Perinatal Health.

• Learn Baby Massage skills with Keturah Stoltenberg, to calm, settle & connect through nurturing touch. You will develop a better understanding of your baby’s daily cycle, how to help your baby feel more comfortable, create greater sleep habits, and assist in relieving symptoms resulting from wind, colic and nasal congestion & teething.

• Listen to the expertise and education of Perinatal Counselling Specialist, discussing ways to enhance emotional health in the Postpartum period & beyond, and challenges that are unique to motherhood.

• Relax into a ‘safe space’ for honest conversations about Mothering, and the feelings, concerns, and a-ha moments that arise from our individual experiences.

• Soothing neck & shoulder massages are offered to the Mother whilst settling into gentle relaxation practices.

• Enjoy fresh food, snacks and teas during, and after, class from the Menu of Meals with Keturah.

• Organic Baby Food Creator from LePuree will offer a special discount offer for the participants of this workshop.
