Postpartum Planning eBook by Keturah Stoltenberg

Life with a newborn was never meant to be done solo.

However it looks for you, I’m here to help you recover from birth, build your village and create a healthy space that allows you to feel understood and supported as a new mother.

The number one comment I hear from Newborn Mothers is, “If only I had known, I would have been more prepared”.

Postpartum is a challenging time, but it can also be beautiful and one of the most wonderful memories you will ever have. With some thoughtful planning, guidance, and the right people, you can anticipate some of these challenges, and be well-prepared and supported for them.

Introducing The Peaceful Postpartum eBook.

A 52-page, interactive guide to planning for a postpartum of rest, healing, nourishing food, and a supportive village.

This book is the convergence of my more than 20 years of being a mother and working in the perinatal space as a postpartum doula, nutritious meal creator, remedial massage therapist, matrescence educator, and baby massage instructor.

It’s been my honour to support many mothers to have a peaceful postpartum, and I’m delighted to share my knowledge with you.

You’ll learn about the 5 pillars of a peaceful postpartum, and how to plan for them: rest, nourishing food, nurturing touch, the support of a village, and time in nature.

You’ll learn about the traditional postpartum practices that show us the nurturing care a Newborn Mother needs.

Together, we’ll explore how you can best honour your own transition into motherhood, with thoughtful prompts to help you imagine a postpartum that will deeply heal and nourish you.

And we’ll get practical, with goal setting and action steps along the way.

Imagine a postpartum that allows you to do nothing but breathe, heal, and bond with your baby.

With a little planning, it is possible.

From The Peaceful Postpartum…

“We’ve often heard it said that ‘it takes a village to raise a child’. It should feel just as sensible to say that ‘it takes a village to raise a mother’. Raising a child (and raising a mother) was never designed to be done solo, or as part of a nuclear family. We have devalued and downgraded the most important role in the world.”

Once you’ve purchased The Peaceful Postpartum, you’ll be emailed a link to download the book.

You’ll be offered three versions: an EPUB which you can view in Apple Books and selected e-readers, a printable PDF, and a writable PDF which you can open in any PDF reader, in which you can type answers to the prompts.

Simply download the zip file with all three versions from your email, then click on the zip file in your downloads folder. This will either convert the zip automatically to a regular folder, or you may be prompted to select which application to open the folder in. You’ll then be able to open the version you wish to use.
