How does it work?

If you are purchasing a meal order for yourself, simply go to the Postpartum Meals page and choose from the Packages. You can also order the meals individually if you prefer.
There are options for Meals, Snacks, Broth, Drinks and Lactation Products.

If you are purchasing a meal order as a gift, you have the option of choosing from the variety of Packages and individual meals. As you proceed to the checkout, you will have the option of providing the address and phone number of the gift recipient, so that arrangements can be made to deliver the food gift to their home.

You can also purchase a Meals Gift Card and you can select the value of your Gift Card. This gives the recipient the opportunity of choosing what they would like to order themselves.

Where do you buy your ingredients from?

Thank you for asking!

We purchase our meat from Feather and Bone Providore, a whole body butchery, who exclusively source pasture-raised animals directly from local, regenerative farms. They visit every farm to ensure transparency and provenance.

Our fruit and vegetables are purchased from a combination of sources, including Organics Only, local farms, and Harris Farm.

Pantry ingredients come from Honest to Goodness, a Sydney-based distributor of certified organic whole food and natural products and other wholefood distributors.

Is your food Certified Organic?

Most of the ingredients used in our meals is certified Organic where possible. You can ensure that the freshest, best quality, carefully chosen seasonal ingredients are substituted when certified Organic is not accessible.

I would like to order food for an extended period of time to meet the needs of my Postpartum Recovery. Can I have a tailored approach?

Absolutely! We welcome tailored orders to cover your Fourth Trimester Nutritional Needs. Please get in touch if you have a preference for two, four, or six week’s of Meals and we can work together on a plan.

Do you cater for special diets?

We are more than happy to work with adapting a recipe to suit your taste & preferences. We can also remove or substitute individual ingredients upon request. There are some gluten-free, dairy & soy-free choices as well as vegetarian & vegan-friendly choices. We can work with Food Intolerances, however, at this stage, we do not cater for Food Allergies, such as those relating to Celiac Disease and the like.

How many serves can I expect from each dish?

As a general rule, if the weight of a meal is 750ml or 750grams, you can expect it to provide two servings. If the weight of a food is 1.5 litres or 1.5 kilograms, you can expect it to provide three generous servings, or four modest servings.

Will the meals be enough to feed my partner?

If you are willing to share, then of course there will be enough for your partner.
You can also order additional servings to ensure that there is enough for you both, otherwise you will be ‘eating in’ (pun intended) to your allocation for the desired time.
